By using Mítho you agree to a few simple things. Most of them are common sense. We've tried to keep this short.

Use the tool in good faith

Mítho is for language learning. Don't use it to harass, defame, generate harmful content, or in ways that violate the law. Don't try to scrape, abuse, or reverse-engineer the AI systems behind it.

The tutor is fallible

The tutor is an AI. It will sometimes be wrong about a grammar point, mispronounce a word, or evaluate an answer incorrectly. We iterate to make this rarer, but it is not a substitute for professional language instruction or certification.

Your account

You sign in by email. Keep your inbox secure. If we suspect misuse — running bots against the tutor, scraping responses, attempting to bypass rate limits — we may suspend the account.

Pricing & access

Mítho is currently in development. Free use today does not imply free use forever; we'll give clear notice before introducing or changing any paid tiers, and any work you've completed remains yours.

No warranty

Mítho is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it up and accurate, but we make no guarantees of uptime, correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Changes

If we update these terms in any material way, we'll surface a notice the next time you sign in.
